This is a Blue Chip can't-miss-investment! Fans can make an investment in supporting Bronco student-athletes by purchasing shares of Bronco Stock. Proceeds from Bronco Stock will be used to build new athletic facilities that help keep our nationally-recognized coaching staffs and attract the best student-athletes possible. A total of 200,000 shares will be issued during this inital Blue Chip Stock offering at a cost of $100 per share. Shareholders will become members of Boise State Broncos Inc., a nonprofit 501 (c) (3) corporation, and receive a stock certificate and voting privileges. Shareholders also will be invited to the Annual Shareholders Meeting attended by Bronco coaches and athletic staff. Shareholders do not receive dividends and stock does not appreciate. Among facilities currently in the planning stage are a men's and women's basketball locker room complex, Dona Larsen Park (track and field), a south end zone expansion of Bronco Stadium, and a new swimming and diving facility. The purchase of Bronco Stock is tax deductible as allowed by federal and state tax regulations and available for sale to individuals only (not companies). Stock is subject to transfer restrictions.
